Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) are accepted through our secure online checkout through Authorize.net or through Paypal.

Money Order, Post Office Money Order, Cash
Sorry, no personal checks or money orders for International Orders..

How do I pay with a credit card for my order?

Credit Card Sales at Hey Viv ! Poodle Skirt and Vintage Clothing are handled through our secure checkout through Authorize.net or through Paypal. After choosing which method to use for your credit card payment and completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order and a receipt to print out.

Authorize.net: is a secure online company that processes credit card payments in the Hey Viv checkout.

Paypal: Paypal is a secure online company that processes credit card payments through the Paypal website. Paypal is the leading payment network for online auction websites, including eBay. If you choose paypal as your payment option, there will be a link to go to the Paypal site at the end of your order and you will be able to make your payment using your Paypal account. If you don't have a Paypal account you'll be able to make your payment and then decide whether to save your information for future purchases. Learn more about Paypal at www.paypal.com

I'm having trouble using my credit card or paypal. Have you received my payment?

If you experience any difficulty in the checkout - Please email customerservice@heyviv.com or call our toll free number 1-888-333-6405. We'll be glad to help.

To check the status of your order, go to the Hey Viv ! online store at www.heyviv.com.

· Click on Shop on the top tool bar.

· On the next screen click on Order Status.

· On the next screen sign in with your email address and the password you entered when you set up your account.

· The next screen will list your orders. Look under Status or Click on the order # to see a particular order.

If you have any difficulty with paypal - try checking with the Paypal Help Center. . At the Help Center they have answers to commonly asked questions. Paypal can also be reached at 1-888-221-1161. Their customer service will be able to help you to register and answer questions.
