How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items shown in the Hey Viv! storefront, on Amazon and on eBay are in stock and ready to ship. We update the store inventory daily. If you don't see a color or item, email us and we'll check on the status or find out when we are expecting more.

I want to buy something but it says this item not available or the color I want is not showing up in the drop down list as a choice.

When we are out of stock on an item and it will be more than a day for new stock to come in we remove that item from the storefront.We ship orders complete and generally don't do back orders. So if you're looking at the scarves and you don't see pink listed as a choice it means that we have run out of pink scarves and are waiting for more to come in.
