HEY VIV RETURN POLICY

* Returns, for refund of the purchase price, and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery. No items will be accepted for return or exchange after 30 days.  Exchanges are not available for international orders. For an exchange, the first item must be returned before the exchange item can be sent.

* Please alert us by email returns@HeyViv.com that you would like to return an item and you will receive a Return Authorization Number.  Please put this Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.  All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.  Packages without a Return Authorization Number may be returned to sender. 

* For exchanges please put the word Exchange next to the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.  Be sure to include a note explaining what you would like to exchange. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

* The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped in.
Any problems with damage during shipping will be taken up with the shipping company. We will be glad to assist with this.

* Returns can be done through the Post Office. We suggest that shipments be insured for your protection. Please let us know when you've shipped.  We'll let you know when your package arrives and a refund has been issued.

* Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

* Please note: Packages that are refused delivery by the customer are subject to return shipping charges.  If the delivery company charges us for the return we will charge you by deducting it from any refund due or by charging the credit card used for the purchase.

* All returns should include a copy of the receipt.  Without a copy of the receipt the processing of your return may be delayed.

* Refunds are issued by the same method as you originally paid.

* NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: Please Note - Lingerie, hats, wigs, purses, clothing repair items such as buttons, jewelry repair items such as rhinestones and certain vintage items including sale items are not returnable. This will be specified in the description.   Please read descriptions carefully.
