FABRIC This full circle skirt is newly made of a good quality fabric available either in 100% polyester or in a cotton polyester blend poplin.

65% Cotton 35% Polyester Skirt - this cotton look fabric is slightly stiffer and will fall straighter.

100% Polyester Skirt - this fabric has give to it. It has a soft look with band finish at the hem giving it more of a swirl.
SKIRT MEASUREMENTS The waist on all the skirts is elastic, made to fit a range of sizes. The polyester skirt has more 'give' to it.
