Hey Viv ! offers quick shipping with special low rates & attentive customer service. We have over 35 years in the vintage & costume business. We know that orders are often needed quickly.
- How much does shipping cost? We ship through USPS and are connected to their system for accurate rates. You will see the shipping charge and choose the shipping method in the checkout before payment.
- When will I get my order? Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (Mon to Fri) We ship out of Staten Island, NY so for example, packages shipped by USPS First Class take 2-3 days to the East Coast, 3-4 days to the Mid West, 5-6 days to the West Coast. If you need it faster, consider choosing Priority Mail.
- Tracking information is emailed for each order
Returns
Returns, for refund of the purchase price, are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Since we sell on several marketplaces returns must be done through the marketplace which you purchased from. Please check the marketplace policy.
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped in.
All returns should include a copy of the receipt. Without a copy of the receipt the processing of your return may be delayed.
Refunds are issued by the same method as you originally paid.
